• 1/2 cup olive oil

• 1/6 cup balsamic vinegar

• 3 tablespoons Gris Gris Rosemary Thyme

• 1 shallot finely minced

• 1 teaspoon Gris Gris Creole seasoning

• salt and pepper to taste
